Mt. Tukuche lays an altitude of 6,920 m and one of the beautiful mountains among the Dhaulagiri Himalayas range. This peak is situated on the northern side of Nepal in the wildest valley also known as the Mustang and its bottom Kali Gandaki River flows. From the top of the Tukuche peak, you can see the stunning mountain including the entire Annapurna Range, Nilgiri and the wonderful villages of the Marpha, Sayang, and Jomsom.

The trekking route goes through Annapurna classic trek and it will be separated from Marpha village to the West, Yak Kharka and path lead to Tukuche Base Camp. Normally it will take 4-5 days with acclimatization and preparation in the Base Camp to get the top of this mountain through North East Ridge. During your climb, you will see many magnificent views of the different mountains. In 1969 the Swiss team was the first to reach the summit of Mt. Tukuche. Due to its remote location and seriousness of the terrain, the area rarely visited by commercial trekking and climbing groups. In the sense of Risk and Technicality Mt. Tukuche fall in low Category.

The attempt to the top of Tukuche Peak begins after you reach in the Hidden Valley Base Camp and after once you set up Base Camp you will begin pushing out the route and acclimatizing. When the climbing phase is over you will explore the Mt. Tukuche and started to descend to Jomsom. On the way, you will see different things that will inspire you to trek. After you came to Jomsom you will then fly back to Pokhara and evening to Kathmandu by any means. After arriving at Kathmandu you will be first transferred to your hotel and on the next day, you can visit the Kathmandu or back to your home.

Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Kathmandu airport, you will transfer to your hotel and meet our staff. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Today free, official work for expedition and briefing at the Ministry of Tourism is done. Overnight stay at a hotel.

You will head toward the Pokhara at first hour by tourist bus for about 5 – 7 hrs. And after arriving you will transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay at a hotel.

After finishing your breakfast you will head toward the Darbang village which lies to an altitude of 1,110 meters. Overnight stay at a hotel.

After finishing your breakfast you will pack your things and head to Sibang which lies at an altitude of 1,780 meters. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Today you will make short journey toward Boghara which lies at 300 meters ahead of Sibang. Overnight stay at a hotel.

After the sun is up you will head toward Dobang lies an altitude of 2520 meters with your things. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Today your trekking way is more than that of other days. You will trek for 850 meters uphill to Chartare from Dobang. Overnight stay at a hotel.

After finishing your breakfast you will head toward the Japanese Base Camp situated at an altitude of 3,890 meters. Overnight stay at a Camp.

After finishing your tea at your camp you will pack your things and head toward the Dhaulagiri which lies at an altitude of 4,748 meters. Overnight stay at a Camp.

Today trail is toward the Hidden Valley which lies at an altitude of 5,140 meters. Overnight stay at a Camp.

After completing your breakfast today destination is to reach the Tukuche Peak Base Camp. Overnight stay at a Camp.

After many days of the trek, your body also needs rest so you will rest at Tukuche Base Camp. During this time you can explore many things in this base camp. Overnight stay at a Camp.

After one day of rest, you will continue to walk for 10 days to reach Tukuche Peak. Overnight stay at a Camp.

After resting and enough exploring you will pack your back by Cleaning your Base camp you will head toward the Yak Kharka. Overnight stay at a Camp.

After finishing your morning things you will head down to Jomsom where you can see many apple trees on the way to Jomsom. Overnight stay at a hotel.

After your breakfast, you will head to Pokhara via our transportation and transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Today you will back to Kathmandu by any means after finishing your breakfast at your hotel. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Today is a free day for you to explore the Kathmandu or make a souvenir for your family member. Overnight stay at a hotel.

You will departure to your homeland through Kathmandu Airport with lots of memory from your adventurous trekking.
