Kathmandu Daman Tour

Daman, located in the southwest of Kathmandu, is an ideal place for those willing to experience a flawless panoramic view of the Himalayas. Daman offers the greatest scene of the mountains ranging from Mt. Everest in the east to Dhaulagiri in the west. Moreover, other peaks like Malaku, Ganesh, Gaurishankar, Annapurna III, Choba Bhamre, Phurbi Chyachu and others are also visible from Daman. From the Daman View point, view of sunrise and sunset can be thoroughly enjoyed.

A Tibetan Buddhist monastery situated in Daman is also an attraction of the place. Guru Rinpoche is believed to have meditated in this place. Guru Rinpoche is also widely known as Padmasambhava. Pasmasambhava, literally meaning ‘Lotus-born’, was incarnated as an eight year old child appearing in a lotus blossom floating in a lake.

Departure at 6:00am from Kathmandu, Breakfast on the way and  drive onward to very famous and important for Buddhism, Daman where’s Guru Rinpoche meditated, after visiting the monastery  lunch time around 1-2pm then return back to Kathmandu and will be dropped in the same location where picked up in morning time.
