ABC & Ghodepani trek is meld of Tolkha, Chhomrung, Himalayan, Machapuchhre Base Camp, Annapurna Base Camp and Dobhan. A drive from Pokhara will guide travelers to Pedhi where the Tolkha trek begins. Tolkha is a 5-6hrs trek from Phedi. Next in route is Chhomrung, a place situated on the lap of Mt. Hiunchuli. This place is rich with culture and welcoming people which adds-on to the alluring beauty of the place.
Machapuchhare Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp routes are usually among the snowy paths. On this route, trekkers can find sundry places to relax. Tadapani is a sojourn for trekkers between Ghorepani and Chhomrung. Here, trekkers stop by to shop and lodge. From Ghorepani, the panoramic view as the rays of the sun crash Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Manaslu ranges is peerless.
Poon–hill (3193m) is one among the many popular trek-stops which makes this place a little crowded at times. From, Poon-hill trekkers can enjoy the stunning views of Annapurna and Machapuchhare, especially early in the morning. After Pooh-hill, trekkers will descend to Nayapul(new bridge) in approx.3-4hrs and finally to Pokhara.
There might be some fixed departures in the peak season but you can check our fixed departures. If you are with some friends you can join with others if you want to. Even if you are alone, you can trek along with other groups, our well-experienced staff will not let you feel alone or bored.
Tea house means local lodges that exist along the treks where we will sleep and eat. These lodges prepare a large variety of local and western meals at a reasonable price. Our guides are very familiar with all these tea houses.
As a first aid kit is important while trekking, we included it in the trek. And we also have guides who are trained in using a first aid kit in case of emergency too. Please note that our clients are responsible to bring all their required personal medications (prescription) for their allergies etc.
Yes, there are many trekking shops in Nepal where you can easily hire or purchase backpacks, sleeping bags, sleeping mats, down jackets, etc. You can easily find them mostly in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
