And, other day, a drive to Phedi and trek to Pothana. On this trek, you will encounter a typical Gurung village, Ghandruk. From Ghandruk, the view of Annapurna, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchare will be worth watching. Moreover, the rich culture and tradition of Gurung people serves as a topping.

From Ghandruk (1940m.) trekkers will progress towards Tadapani (2630m.) and Ghodepani (2860m.). In Ghorepani, an early morning hike to Poon Hill will be considered worthy once you get the sight of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Manaslu in a single panorama.

Next day, trekkers will descend to Sikha and Tatopani. Tatopani literally meaning “hot water” in Nepali is a hot water spring. Locals here believe that a bath in the spring will help to cure bone and skin diseases. Then, a drive back to Pokhara and Kathmandu will end this trek.
